Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment has announced a series of exceptional achievements in 2024, solidifying its position as one of the leading real estate developers in the Egyptian market. The company recorded unprecedented sales of EGP 105 billion during the year achieving a 72% increase in sales growth for 2024 YoY.
In 2024, Mountain View delivered 4,000 residential units across its ongoing projects. Additionally, the company launched several new developments, including Kingsway in West Cairo, spanning 715 acres, and Plage in Sidi Abdel Rahman, North Coast, with investments of EGP 90 billion over 900 acres. The year also marked Mountain View's debut in the Saudi market with its first project, One Mountain View, targeting sales of SAR 1.5 billion.

Echoing this sentiment, Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View, underscored the significance of the company’s flexible strategy and regional expansions in achieving record-breaking sales stating, "As part of our regional expansion, we officially entered the Saudi market with the launch of Mountain View Saudi Arabia. We acquired our first plot of land in the Kingdom to introduce One Mountain View, the first Signature Living project in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Maya Real Estate Development, targeting SAR 1.5 billion in sales. This expansion aligns with our strategy to bring our successful model of integrated communities, built on the principles of 'Science of Happiness,' to new regional markets."
Furthermore, Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View, attributed the company's success to its deep understanding of client needs and its adoption of innovative concepts in Egypt's real estate market. Our strategy prioritizes an in-depth understanding of clients' preferences and aspirations, enabling us to deliver projects that truly meet their needs."
On the community level, Mountain View Foundation continued its impactful social role through the Discovering Heroes program, which transformed the lives of over 40,000 students in five governorates and supported 350 families by providing essential services. Additionally, two foundation-supported champions achieved remarkable accomplishments in national and international Paralympic weightlifting competitions.
In the education and applied technology sector, Mountain View inaugurated Egypt’s first specialized school for facility and landscape management under the name Mountain View International Applied Technology School. Enrolling 200 students from 14 governorates, the school facilitated 15 innovative projects in national competitions. Four students won awards for two distinguished projects at the European Union Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) held in Poland.
Additionally, Mountain View launched Mountain View Club Management Company (MVCMC) with investments amounting to EGP 2 billion, reflecting the company’s ambition to expand its investments and diversify its business portfolio in the Egyptian market. This step aims to establish sports and social facilities designed to create diverse daily experiences that cater to the lifestyles of families and athletes alike.
Reaffirming its leadership and efforts in Egypt’s real estate market, Mountain View received two awards at the African Property Awards. Lagoon Beach Park at iCity Fifth Settlement project was named "Best Residential Development for 2024," while the Greenhouse at ALIVA Mostakbal City earned the title of "Best Residential Property 2024." The company was also honored with the Best Real Estate Development and Investment Company in Egypt for the 2024 award by World Business Outlook Magazine.
Over the past 20 years, Mountain View has established a distinctive footprint in developing innovative residential communities.
