Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment has delivered more than 1,800 residential units across its projects during the first half of 2026, bringing the company’s total delivered units to more than 19,300 since its establishment.
The latest deliveries mark another milestone in Mountain View’s track record of translating its development strategy and sustained growth into tangible progress on ground. With a diversified portfolio spanning East and West Cairo and the North Coast, the company continues to advance multiple projects simultaneously, supported by disciplined execution and sustained investment in construction. This approach enables Mountain View to maintain a consistent focus on quality and the delivery of integrated communities that respond to customers’ evolving needs, while creating long-term value for its customers and communities.
In this context, Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment, said: “Our deliveries during the first half of 2026 reflect Mountain View’s ability to achieve balanced and sustainable growth, supported by our customers’ trust and the continuous efforts of our teams. This progress is a direct result of our long term planning, understanding of market needs, and commitment to delivering diverse residential products and experiences. It also reinforces our ability to translate our development vision into vibrant communities while maintaining quality and a strong customer experience.”
In March 2026, Mountain View announced plans to invest EGP 25 billion in construction during the year, supporting the continued execution of its diversified project portfolio. Building on a 20-year track record and more than 19,300 residential units delivered, the investment reflects the company’s focus on translating its growth plans into tangible progress across its developments.
Eng. Wael Ezz added: “We remain focused on strengthening Mountain View’s position in the Egyptian real estate market by continuing to invest in our projects, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen our operational capabilities. Our priority remains delivering products that respond to evolving market needs and create sustainable value for our customers and communities.”
Mountain View’s H1 2026 deliveries reflect the strength of its business model, supported by sustained commercial performance, a diversified portfolio, strong execution capabilities, and a clear vision for developing integrated communities centered around people and their living experience.
