Mountain View, a leading name in real estate development and integrated communities, has officially launched its new hospitality subsidiary, Mountain View Hospitality, marking a strategic step into Egypt’s fast-growing tourism and hospitality sector. The move coincides with the opening of the company’s first hotel project, KIN Hotel, located in Mountain View’s latest North Coast development.

Branded as the “Chillax Family Hotel”, KIN introduces a new concept designed to merge relaxation, family-friendly hospitality, and community-driven experiences. Positioned as the first family hotel on Egypt’s North Coast, KIN Hotel offers a holistic experience built around comfort, innovation, and cultural inspiration.

A Strategic Expansion into Hospitality

The launch of Mountain View Hospitality represents a significant expansion of the company’s portfolio, building on its reputation for creating integrated communities. The new entity will manage and operate all hospitality services across Mountain View projects, with a vision to deliver experiences that meet international standards.

This direction aligns with the broader momentum of Egypt’s hospitality sector, which continues to witness record growth. The North Coast in particular has emerged as one of the most attractive destinations in the region, benefiting from major infrastructure projects and the government’s target to attract 30 million tourists by 2028.

Leadership Vision

Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View, emphasized the economic and strategic importance of the move:

“The launch of Mountain View Hospitality is a strategic step that reflects our vision and contribution to Egypt’s economy. We are investing in a sector valued at over $20 billion in 2025, with projections to surpass $28 billion by 2030. Through our subsidiaries, we provide thousands of job opportunities and develop tourist destinations that meet international standards, enhancing Egypt’s position as a leading tourism and investment hub.”

Eng. Ahmed El Morsy, CEO of Mountain View Hospitality, highlighted the significance of KIN Hotel as the company’s debut project:

“The launch of KIN Hotel marks a new beginning for us in hospitality. The name ‘KIN’ reflects family, friendship, and belonging. As the first family-friendly destination on the North Coast, it is designed to provide a comprehensive hospitality experience that blends comfort, tranquility, and togetherness. This is only the first step in our ambitious expansion plan to set new benchmarks in Egypt and expand into promising regional markets.”

Redefining Family Hospitality

KIN Hotel is built on five core pillars:

Family-centric services and experiences

Serene spaces and innovative designs

Community engagement and harmony

A Mediterranean-inspired coastal experience

Commitment to quality, operational excellence, and sustainability

Looking Ahead

With Mountain View Hospitality, the company is setting a new foundation for growth in one of Egypt’s most dynamic industries. The North Coast and Alexandria are projected to witness hospitality growth rates of nearly 13% by 2030, fueled by expanded airports, new hotel capacity, and rising global demand.

Mountain View’s entry into the sector signals not only an expansion of its business model but also a commitment to supporting Egypt’s national vision for tourism—delivering destinations that attract global investment while creating authentic experiences for families and communities.
