Mountain View Launches MV 1.1 Handover in New Cairo Following Record Construction Timeline
Mountain View has officially commenced the handover phase of MV 1.1 in New Cairo, marking a significant milestone achieved in less than four years from project launch. The achievement reflects the company's commitment to efficient project execution, construction quality, and timely delivery across its growing portfolio of residential developments in Egypt.
As part of its continuous oversight strategy, Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Executive Chairman of Mountain View, conducted a field visit to several flagship projects, including MV 1.1 in the Fifth Settlement, Mountain View iCity in New Cairo, and Aliva in Mostakbal City. The visit was attended by Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View, along with senior executives from the contracting companies responsible for project execution.
The site inspections focused on monitoring construction progress, evaluating unit readiness, and ensuring all development phases are being delivered according to Mountain View's quality standards and approved timelines.
MV 1.1 Delivered as a Fully Integrated Community
One of the project's most notable achievements is its delivery as a complete residential community rather than through phased handovers. This strategic approach allows residents to move into a fully operational environment from day one, supported by integrated amenities, commercial services, landscaped areas, and community facilities.
Spanning 127 feddans in the heart of New Cairo, MV 1.1 includes more than 900 residential units, featuring villas, iVillas, and hotel-style apartments. Its strategic location and comprehensive master plan position the development as one of Mountain View's premier luxury residential communities.
Mountain View iCity Continues Rapid Development in New Cairo
The executive tour also included Mountain View iCity, one of the largest residential projects in New Cairo, covering approximately 500 feddans. Designed around six signature parks, the development offers a unique lifestyle concept that combines residential living, recreation, wellness, and social interaction within a fully integrated urban environment.
The project features smart infrastructure, fiber-optic connectivity, energy-efficient solutions, dedicated walking and cycling paths, and the popular MV Club community hub. iCity is also home to the innovative iVilla concept, which provides the privacy and spaciousness of a villa at a more accessible price point.
Mountain View Reinforces Leadership in Egypt's Real Estate Market
Commenting on the milestone, Eng. Amr Soliman emphasized that execution efficiency remains a key driver of Mountain View's ability to exceed customer expectations and deliver integrated residential communities across Egypt. The progress achieved at MV 1.1 and iCity reflects the company's long-term vision of creating sustainable developments that enhance quality of life and generate lasting value for homeowners and investors alike.
Through its specialized development and operations ecosystem, Mountain View continues to strengthen its position as one of Egypt's leading real estate developers, delivering innovative residential projects across New Cairo, Mostakbal City, and other strategic growth destinations.
