Successfully, Mountain View announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Arabtec Construction valued at EGP 5 billion. The agreement aims to accelerate the pace of construction works across Mountain View’s projects in East Cairo.
Signed by Dr. Maged Mobarak, CPO at Mountain View, and Eng. Abdulrahman Ismail, Managing Director at Arabtec, in the presence of Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO at Mountain View, the partnership reinforces confidence in the sustainability of the company’s developments and ensures the delivery of project phases in line with scheduled timelines.
The partnership will focus particularly on the Aliva project in Mostakbal City, a cornerstone of the company’s development strategy in East Cairo. It coincides with the completion of excavation, land leveling, and permitting works, paving the way for the launch of the project’s primary construction activities as planned.
The long-term strategic partnership between the two companies kicks off with investments totaling EGP 5 billion, including EGP 2 billion for the first phase of the Aliva project in Mostakbal City, EGP 2 billion for the iCity New Cairo project covering Lagoon Park, Mountain Park, and Podium Park, and EGP 1 billion for the commercial zone of MVI.I. This investment plan is designed to ensure adherence to agreed timelines, enhance construction efficiency, and guarantee the highest quality in delivering both residential and commercial project components.

The project will feature more than nine carefully designed lifestyle experiences tailored to meet the needs and aspirations of over 10,000 families, bringing Mountain View’s vision of integrated living to life and redefining the concept of urban communities in Egypt. By the end of this year, total construction partnerships for Aliva Mostakbal City project are expected to reach approximately EGP 10 billion, including EGP 2 billion channeled through this strategic alliance with Arabtec.
